The Gratitude Challenge: Day 10

Today is the 10th day on The Gratitude Challenge. The gratitude focus for today is still about being grateful for everything around me, and today what I have to do is:

Pick one of your five senses to focus on each day. Take note of how many gifts come to you via that single part of entry. Write about this experience.

Among my five senses, I choose my sight. Yes, I have always loved my eyes for some reasons, but I sometimes forget how helpful they are. Therefore, today I’m going to express my deepest gratitude for my eyes.

I’m grateful for my dark, beautiful eyes because they function perfectly. I spent hours in front of the computer and I have never got any problems with my eyes. I don’t need glasses and I’m grateful for that.

I’m grateful for my dark, beautiful eyes because they help me see everything around me. My eyes help me see the people I love, so that I know how they look like. My eyes also help me to see what’s wrong with them, whether they are happy, sad, angry or disappointed. My eyes help me see their smiles and tears so that I know how they are exactly feeling.

I’m grateful for my dark, beautiful eyes because they help me see the beauty of the world. My eyes help me see the amazing flowers in spring and snow in winter. My eyes help me see the green trees, the funny animals and the beautiful blue sky at noon or fantastic stars at night.

I’m grateful for my dark, beautiful eyes because they guide me to places I want to go, allowing me to see my surroundings.

Thank you eyes for blessing me with sight.
