The Gratitude Challenge: Day 8

Week 2 on The Gratitude Challenge, which means I have to focus on being grateful for everything around me. Looks very simple, doesn’t it? However, we sometimes forget to appreciate those little details in our lives because we focus too much on bigger details. I have practiced gratitude since… I don’t really remember… since I first knew about The Secret – I guess – and I LOVE IT! Being grateful makes me feel so good. The more grateful I am, the more good feelings coming in. That’s why, when I am stressed, worried or depressed about anything, I always take a deep breath, focus on my mind and concentrate on the things I’m grateful for. Those bad feelings will vanish right away.

On Day 8 on The Gratitude Challenge, I have to:

Send thank you notes to five people who deserve a little recognition.

I have sent those notes and I feel great after sending them because I let them know how they have made my life more colorful. And for sure, I am grateful for knowing them.
