Blame the Soda!

It's almost 6:00 in the morning and I still can't sleep. I am officially attacked by Mr. Insomnia.

And how can this happen? Quite simple, actually; I drank several glasses of soda before I went to bed--which successfully failed. There's caffein in soda and I cannot tolerate caffein!

Lesson's learned: if you want to have a good night sleep, don't drink soda. Drink a glass of hot chocolate instead. It will make you sleep like a dead person.

However, if you have mistakenly--or purposedly--drunk soda before bed and you experience insomnia, here are some activities you can do to kill the time:

1. Play games
2. Browse the Internet
3. Watch TV
4. Read a book
5. Eat
6. Play with your pet (if you have one)
7. Write an email for someone--or anyone
8. Write a blog post

I played Monopoly for 3 hours before bed. I thought it would help, but it didn't. Then, I watched TV but there wasn't anything interesting to watch. I ate a candy. I played with Fluffy. Well, I didn't actually play with him. I disturbed him. I wrote an email for my brother. And yes, I am now writing a blog post.

Do they help? Kinda. I'm sleepy now. Guess it's time.
