Why Do We Have to Live Life to The Fullest?

When looking at children playing and just having fun, I sometimes want to get back to my childhood. When I was a child, I wasn't worried about what to wear. I wasn't really care what to eat for lunch or for dinner because my Mom would be the one worrying about it. I wasn't even really care how much money I had in my pocket. In fact, I always spent my pocket money for useless things, say candies or cheap chips.

Being a child seems to be exciting after all, knowing that I now have certain responsibilities to take care of and have tons of stuff to worry about. It's often hard to really enjoy what life really is and whatever it brings.

Please don't get me wrong; I do try each day to enjoy my life as much as possible. I do try to notice those little details life is giving me, like the shiny sun in the morning or the smell of hot chocolate for breakfast. However, I admit that I haven't lived my life to the fullest. Those worriness, doubts, fear and confusion block me from being carefree.

That's why I will now try to give myself a couple of reasons why I (and you) have to live my life to the fullest.
  1. In case I am extremely lucky, I don't live twice.
  2. I can't get back to the past even though I wish I could. I can't get back and fix what I've done wrong, so I better do things perfectly well. It doesn't mean I can't make mistakes; but let's try to minimize them.
  3. Miracles happen everyday. I better start notice them by paying more attention to what's happening in my life.
  4. The neighbor's grass isn't always greener than mine. My grass is even a lot greener than most of people's grass. I need to appreciate what I have and stop complaining and comparing my life to others'.
  5. I was born for reasons. I am living on Earth for reasons. I just need to find out what they are.
  6. Life is an adventure. When great things happen, they give me joy. When bad things happen, they give lessons to learn.
  7. I won't know what will happen in the future, so I need to stop worrying about it and start living in the present. After all, it's what matters most.
Feel free to add some more :)
